Reservations must be made by bank transfer to an amount equal to 30% of the total established, will follow the invoice

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
A) Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail).
B) Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
From the moment of reservation until the day of arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 30% of the entire stay.
